Conveniently located within walking distance of the sea, restaurants, and two beaches 🏖️. the staff here are incredibly friendly and always willing to assist, making your stay an enjoyable experience.

The room was extremely spacious and there were facilities, including a refrigerator, a dining area, and a sitting area.

Thoroughly enjoyed hotel's magnificent location and fabulously helpful and genuinely friendly staff, it suited our needs. Have spent here 1 night and our apartment was spacious. The bus stop was 20 minutes' walk away...

I stayed at Kaya Apart for a few days and it was perfect for my needs. The one bedroom garden apartment was clean and had all the necessary kitchen amenities, including a dishwasher. The al fresco dining area was a lovely spot to enjoy breakfast, and the hosts were always available and helpful. There were small markets nearby for basic necessities, and the beach was just a short walk away. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

This place has a great location near everything you need. the staff here are super nice and always ready to help. the room is big and the bathroom is even bigger, equipped with hairdryers, a shower cap, and large bath sheets 🌟.

Our room was equipped with satellite TV, climate control, and a fridge 📺🌡️. the spot where this place is located is fantastic, super close to two beaches and lots of restaurants around.

Kind owners, delicious Turkish home cooking, perfect location near the sea and town, comfortable bed, great value for money.

Felt relaxed, no reason to complain.

The owners were super chill and hooked us up with amazing Turkish food and afternoon tea. The apartment was basic but cozy, with a killer balcony for breakfast and dinner. And the location was fire - just a few steps from the beach and a short walk to the lit nightlife in town.

If there was one thing we'd ask for, it would be more lit activities for us party-loving teenagers. Some sick parties or events would have taken our stay to the next level.
